Paid 800 Technical Support Plan Information or Pay By The CallIf you do not find the answer to your question in our Club Support Forum or FAQ, you can also call a Technician (to speak to a live technician, you need a current Technical Support Plan or you can pay by the call). Technical support is offered on the phone Monday - Thursday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (EST), and over email everyday (our technical e-mail is monitored everyday including holidays, 24 hours a day - however this is only available if you have a Technical Support Plan. In other words, we can't bill you for technical email questions). The Technical Support Plan phone number is 321-821-9422. The Technical Support Plan Email address is (be sure to add your serial# in the subject line of your email): tech@SpecialtySoftware.com. If you need to talk to a Technician and do NOT have a current Technical Support Plan, you can call 321-821-9422. You can pay by Visa/MasterCard at the rate of $35 per fifteen minutes, or make billing arrangements to be billed (there is a 15 minute limit to tech calls that are billed). If you would like to order a yearly Technical Support Plan, you can call our sales department at 321-821-9422. The cost currently is $225.00 for a year for phone or personal e-mail help (or 150 minutes - whichever comes first).
