Maintenance-Club Plan Renewal Form
If you have a billing or membership question before you renew your Club Membership, click here to e-mail your questions to a Club representative at club@SpecialtySoftware.com. A Club representative will email you back, or call you if needed. They will also be calling you to request your Visa or MasterCard when you place your Club Membership renewal order. You can also pay for the Maintenance-Club Plan by clicking on the link at the bottom of this page.
You can also call our regular Specialty Software sales order line with Maintenance-Club Plan questions at 1-800-568-6350 and a sales representatives with Specialty Software will be glad to help you, and can also take your order by phone.
We will send you a reminder approximately 90 days before it is due to expire to remind you that its time to renew.
If you do not have an active Maintenance-Club Plan (perhaps you allowed yours to expire), there is a $100 joining fee. This fee is waived as long as you keep your Club Membership active.
Note: the all new Club Plus plan includes 60 minutes of Toll Free 800 Support, and also includes the shipment of two (2) CD's during the year which contain all upgrades and updates at the time the CD was mailed out.
